TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Club Uno is a rewards programme (“Programme”) operated by Oberoi Mall (“Mall”) and is in force from April 15, 2013. Membership and participation in this Programme is optional. Members will earn reward points when making qualifying purchases at participating stores and outlets at the Mall. These terms and conditions relate to the membership, earning and redeeming of points under the Programme and its benefits are offered at the sole discretion of Mall management.

Only one member can be registered against one mobile number and/or email ID. Similarly, only one mobile number and/or email ID can be registered against one member. The customer/member needs to share his unique verification code (received via sms and/or Whats App as the case may be) at the time of redemption of the reward points to avail the gift vouchers. The Mall will use the mobile number and/or email ID of the member for updating the account activity, points expiry dates and other promotional updates of the Mall through WhatsApp, SMS, Push notification and/or e-mails. By accepting the membership to the Programme, the member hereby grants their unconditional and irrevocable permission to the Mall to communicate with them via any and/or all of these mediums listed above. All communication will be deemed to have been received by the member and Mall management bears no responsibility whatsoever for any communication/s not received or lost in the network or any other means. It is the responsibility of the member to update his/her mobile number and/or email address in case of a change in his/her mobile number and/or email address.

Any person in possession of a mobile phone can claim and redeem the benefits and rewards of the member registered against such mobile number. The Mall management cannot match the identity of the claimant with that of the registered member. The Mall management shall not be liable in any manner, in case of any misuse and/or redemption of the reward points. In case of loss or theft of mobile phone, please inform the Mall information desk immediately.

The Mall management can at any time in its sole discretion terminate the Programme membership in case of violation of any of this terms and conditions by the member without any prior notice. The membership of any member can be revoked or refused in the event such member is involved in any act of fraud, shoplifting, cheating with or without cause and without notice and all the existing reward points standing to the credit of the member shall stand cancelled and shall not be redeemed. Participation/membership is restricted to adult resident Indians (should be working/posted in Mumbai and having valid mailing addresses in Mumbai)

Any customer with a valid shopping bill (printed bill and/or e-invoices as the case may be) of Rs. 100/- and above, spent at any outlet at the Mall, can register/apply for the membership of club Uno and/or submit bills to earn points in the Programme.

For every Rs. 100/- spent at the participating stores/outlets of Mall, the member is awarded 1 (one) reward point. On accumulation of the reward points, the member can redeem the reward points from the app and/or the Mall information desk and avail the gift vouchers that are available on the app and/or the Mall information Desk at the time of such redemption. The member is not entitled to and should not ask/demand the Mall management to issue him/her a gift voucher of any specific brand for any specific reward points.

Payments made by credit notes or gift voucher are not valid for registration and no rewards points shall be awarded for such transactions. These bills will not be accepted at the Mall information desk. In case of part payment made by credit notes and/or gift vouchers, then the bill/invoice amount net of the amount of such credit note and/or gift voucher shall be considered for registration and for determining the reward points to be awarded for such bill/invoice.

All the bills / invoices of participating stores / outlets of Mall are only valid for 15 (Fifteen) days from the date of purchase for earning reward points in the Programme.

The Mall management reserves its express right to amend and/or alter the scheme for earning reward points at its sole discretion and without any prior notification/intimation to the Members. The rewards points are subject to change as per the ongoing promotions/offers and events as per the discretion and decision of the Mall management.

The Mall information desk will be functional from 11 am to 9 pm daily for redeeming points and/or collection of gift vouchers.

In the event if the participating store refuses to accept the gift voucher issued by the Mall, for any reason other than expiry of validity period of the said gift voucher, then in such event, the reward points against which such gift voucher is issued shall be credited to the account of such member in the Programme, on the same being brought to the notice of the Mall within 7 (seven) days of non-acceptability of such gift voucher by the participating store. The bundle of gift vouchers available for redemption in the Programme can be changed by the Mall Management at anytime without any prior notice/intimation to the Member and at the sole discretion of the Mall Management. Individual store terms and conditions apply. Any gift voucher of a participating store shall be available for redemption only until stocks last.

The reward points will automatically expire within 12 (twelve) months from the date of earning the reward points.

The Mall management in its absolute discretions reserves the right to add, alter, modify, change vary or close all or any of these terms and conditions (including the timing/dates/hours), wholly or in part, at any time, without assigning any reason whatsoever at any point of time and without giving any prior notice and the member agrees to abide by such additions, alterations, modifications and changes. The Mall management reserves the right to discontinue programme memberships - existing or new - temporarily or permanently for a period of time, as decided by the Mall management.

Employees of Kingston Property Services Limited (KPSL) and employees of its holding company, affiliate companies/subsidiary companies, sponsors, associated agencies, participating operators, their staff can enrol for the Programme as per the company policies.

With respect to temporary kiosks, only printed bills will be accepted in the Programme.

All disputes in connection with this contest shall be governed and constructed by the Indian Laws under the jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai only.

In case of any dispute arising in respect of the membership of Club Uno or the reward points under the Programme, the same shall be brought to the notice of the information desk, within 7 (seven) working days from the occurrence thereof and the same shall be resolved through mutual discussion in the first instance. In event the disputes are not resolved through mutual discussions, then such disputes may be referred to the Mall Manager, whose decision shall be final and binding.

Gift vouchers booked on the app by the member will have to be collected within 7 (seven) days of such booking. Any gift voucher not collected within 7 (seven) days will be automatically cancelled and reward points used for booking such gift vouchers will not be refunded/credited to the member’s account in the Programme.

Membership to the Programme implies acceptance of all the terms and conditions herein by the members without demur and/or protest.

Bonus points earned in any event will have a validity of 1 month.

Only resident individuals are eligible to participate in the Club Uno Program. No company or any other artificial person can become a member of the Program.

Only bills in the name and mobile number of the registered individual in the program will be considered to be eligible for rewards.

Where can I earn points using my Club UNO Rewards Program membership?

Submit your shopping bills of Oberoi Mall stores on the Club UNO PWA (web app) or kiosk and earn points.

For new enrolments you need to spend Rs.100 or above cumulatively across the stores, to start earning points.

What are the rewards and privileges I get as a member?

How many points will I get as a Club UNO Rewards program member when I shop at any of the Oberoi Mall stores?

For every Rs 100 spent, the member earns 1 point. Hence, you get 1% of your transactional value as Club UNO points. However, if payment is made through gift vouchers and/or credit note, the same will not be considered as eligible payments for earning the points.

How frequently do the points get updated in my account?

The points get updated immediately after completing your transaction on the Club UNO PWA or Kiosk. However, some invoices may not be legible clearly and the mandatory details may not be captured properly. These will be cleared by back-end tam and may take upto 4 working days (excluding Saturdays and Sundays) to be updated in your account.

What is the validity of the points?

Club UNO points are valid for a period of 12 months from the date of being credited to your account. In fact, as a special gift from our side, the validity of points for all our existing members on the date of launch of this new programme has been extended to 31-July-2021.

How can I spend my Club UNO points?

As a member, you can start redeeming your points immediately upon earning them against the available vouchers across different brands at that point in time. An OTP validation is required for collecting the vouchers as per your redemption order.
